Specialist care for higher clinical needs, at home
Complex care is for people whose health needs go beyond standard personal care. This includes those living with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, progressive illnesses, or those requiring clinical interventions such as catheter care, stoma care, or PEG feeding.
Rather than moving into a care home or specialist facility, complex care allows you to remain in your own home with a structured, clinically-informed care plan delivered by trained carers working alongside your healthcare team.

What our complex care covers
Every care package is individually designed around your clinical needs and personal preferences.
Clinical care planning
A detailed, person-centred care plan developed with you, your family, and your clinical team before care begins.
Personal care & hygiene
Full support with all aspects of personal care, adapted to your specific mobility or clinical requirements.
Medication management
Administering complex medication regimes, including controlled drugs where permitted, with full record keeping.
Catheter & stoma care
Trained support for catheter management, stoma care, and other clinical interventions agreed with your nursing team.
Moving & handling
Specialist moving and positioning support using appropriate equipment, carried out safely to protect both you and your carer.
MDT coordination
We work alongside your multidisciplinary team — GPs, district nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists — so care is always joined up.
Nutrition & feeding support
Support with meal preparation, adapted diets, and where required, PEG feeding or nasogastric feeding under clinical guidance.
24-hour & overnight care
For those who need continuous monitoring or overnight intervention, we provide waking night or live-in care as part of a complex package.
Complex care that puts you — not your condition — at the centre
A diagnosis does not define what care should look like. We start by understanding you as a person — your goals, your preferences, your culture, and your language — and build a care plan that fits your life, not a template.
Our carers receive specialist training relevant to your condition and work within a clear, regularly reviewed clinical framework. Your family and healthcare team are kept informed at every stage.
- ✓Specialist training matched to your specific condition
- ✓Care plan developed with your clinical team before day one
- ✓Bilingual carers available in English, Arabic, and Somali
- ✓Regular reviews with your family and healthcare team
- ✓Full CQC registration and compliance
How complex care begins
We carry out a detailed assessment of your clinical and personal needs, reviewing existing care plans and speaking with your healthcare team.
We build a full clinical care plan and match you with a carer who has the right training and experience for your specific needs.
Care starts on an agreed date. We conduct regular clinical reviews and adjust the plan as your needs evolve.
